• Any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
• Any orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please also note orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. Due to the nature of work and all pieces being made to order, we do not offer refunds.
